In this, we have been ably assisted by a well-known and very talented architect with an international reputation. Noted for his passionate concern with the environment, his exquisite houses blend perfectly with their surroundings and make practical and aesthetically pleasing use of traditional, natural and re-cycled materials. We are happy to assist and advise you with appointing a solicitor and dealing with notaries.
We take care of all the practical details, obtaining all necessary planning permits and building licences and, working as an efficient team with our architect, engineer and builders, we are able to create stunning houses with elegant outdoor living spaces, swimming pools and landscaped gardens. Houses are presented to prospective purchasers ready to put the key in the door, walk in, and start a new life.
Our clients may begin their involvement with the creation of their newly-purchased house at any one of the various stages of development. Thus they can have input into the early stages of the design or simply wait and purchase the completed project. Four houses have so far been completed and two are under construction and our clients, without exception, have been thrilled and delighted with every aspect of the projects, from the design, standard of building materials used and finishes to the enthusiastic and efficient attitude of the team of builders.
